Over the past three decades, I have honed a uniquely human and holistic therapeutic approach, focusing on mindfulness, somatic work, embodiment, and the healing power of presence.
With a background in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and parts work informed by IFS (Internal Family Systems), I come well prepared to accompany you on your own unique journey of healing.

Through gentle guided practices and mindful connection with the living earth, participants experience the restorative benefits of nature in a meaningful, supportive environment.
